Set in the heart of the Scottish Borders countryside, RetroWorks is a small team dedicated to repairing, restoring and refining classic cars.
We have a long running passion for Land Rover Series and Defender models in particular.
We also look after, build and restore all other makes of vehicle and pride ourselves in having a close relationship with every one of our customers as we welcome them into the RetroWorks Family.
“I bought my first Land Rover when I was 19. It was a worn out old Defender 90 that had failed its MOT. This however wasn’t a problem for me, having been in the Motor Trade since I was 15 I was sure that whatever this Land Rover was going to throw at me, I was going to be able to handle it no problem.
I restored that first Land Rover in 6 months and have owned many more since.
Classic cars have always been a passion and I’ve taken every opportunity to be involved with these pieces of history. Working for various teams alongs the way and earning my stripes, I finally committed myself to the classic car life in 2012 when I started my own business. The rest is history as they say.
